The easiest method of ordering is to do it securely through the website.  Additionally you can phone 03 5254 1444, or e-mail orders info@bambolotta.com.au.

Important: Your Order Confirmation Email

Please check your order confirmation email. If there are any errors or changes please email us immediately. Please note that changes can not be made once your order is shipped. If you are sending your package to somewhere other than the billing address, both addresses will appear on your Order Confirmation Email.  If you do not receive an Order Confirmation Email you may have entered an incorrect email address. Please email us and we will correct the email address and send you a copy of your order and your order number.

Payment

Credit Card: We accept Visa and Mastercard

Pal Pal: We accept PayPal. 

Other: We also accept EFT/Direct Deposit.

Please select your payment method at the checkout. Our payment details are emailed to you with your order confirmation.

Note: Unpaid Orders – Items are returned to stock when payments are not received within the following time after placing your order; non-sale items – 7 days; sale items – 3 days.

Product information

Most products displayed on this site are available in our store.  In some cases, merchandise displayed for sale on this site may not be available at our store. All merchandise has been included in good faith on the basis that the goods as described will be available.

We have also done our best to display colours on this website of the products accurately, however the colours you see will depend on your computer.

All prices are listed in Australian Dollars and include GST. Bambolotta reserves the right to change prices without notice. Orders made from outside Australia that are to be shipped outside Australia will have the GST amount deducted. This adjustment is done manually and will appear on the invoice sent with the order.

Product Availability

Bambolotta product availability is updated daily however sometimes items do sell out between this time and when you have placed an order. If items are sold out or if there are any delays we will notify you as soon as possible.  Every effort will be made to ensure prompt delivery with dispatch from the store within 24hrs however supply of goods may vary (up to 2 weeks).

Order Cancellations

All order cancellations must be emailed or sent in writing. Your order is considered current unless cancelled in writing (via email) by either the customer or Bambolotta.

Orders cannot be cancelled after they have been shipped.

Cost of Shipping

In some cases the correct shipping costs may not show at the checkout. Bambolotta will contact you to advise if there is any change to your shipping costs. In this case you will be asked to accept the charge before we ship your order. You may also cancel your order if you wish not to accept the shipping charge.

International Orders:

Bambolotta will ship internationally on request.  Please contact us via email info@bambolotta.com.au to organise.

Further Identification

We reserve the right to request further identification if required and to cancel orders when further identification is requested, but not received or found to be unsatisfactory.

Return and Exchange Policy

Bambolotta will replace any goods that arrive at their destination faulty or damaged. Please notify Bambolotta within 48 hours (of signing for the goods) of faulty or damaged products.  Under these circumstances, Bambolotta will provide instructions on how to return goods. 

Call (03) 5254 1444 or e-mail us at info@bambolotta.com.au with the following details at hand: Your Name, Invoice Number, Product Name, Reason for Return and Request for replacement, exchange or credit.

We happily follow the conditions of consumer affairs victoria which include:

  • We are not required to provide a refund or replacement if you change your mind.
  • But you can choose a refund or exchange if an item has a major problem. This is when the item:
  • 1. Has a problem that would have stopped someone from buying the item if they had known about it
  • 2. Is unsafe
  • 3. Is significantly different from the sample or description
  • 4. Doesn’t do what we said it would, or what you asked for and can’t be easily fixed.

Products Deemed Faulty

Often problems can be resolved immediately. In some cases you may be directed to the manufacturer’s service department. Refunds for Original Shipping Costs on Faulty Items - Original shipping costs will be refunded on products deemed faulty, but only if purchased within three months of being reported faulty. Shipping costs on items sent outside Australia are not refundable.  Note that Bambolotta makes no warranties or representations of any kind for the products being offered. Any warranties made are by the manufacturers themselves. Normal warranty periods apply and vary depending on the individual product.

Exceptions to Returnable Products

Products offered on Sale cannot be returned for change of mind. This type of sale is considered final.

From time to time some products may be offered at a discounted price due to slight damaged or a small fault, this will be detailed on the product page and can not be exchanged for change of mind.

Packages Damaged in Transit

Bambolotta takes great care when packaging your order, loss or damage is very rare.  In the unfortunate case that your order does get damaged please contact us for further instructions at info@bambolotta.com.au

We consider any damage or loss of goods on a case-by-case basis however most packages are covered by Bambolotta, provided you have not asked for a package to be left at a premises without obtaining a signature by our driver.

Promotional Emails

By placing an order with Bambolotta you authorise us to send you our promotional emails, exclusive sale offers and new product updates from time to time. If you do not wish to receive our promotional emails, please reply to your order confirmation with the title 'unsubscribe' in the subject line.

Refusal to supply services or products

Bambolotta reserves the right to refuse or discontinue supply or services of any products without notice to persons who are deemed to engage in conduct or activities that Bambolotta believes violates any of the afore mentioned terms and conditions.

Bambolotta Privacy Policy & Security

Bambolotta is committed to keeping your personal data confidential and secure. We do not sell, rent or loan your personal information to others. However, we do use your personal data to process your order and to provide you with a more personalized service.

The Bambolotta website is secure and is located within a secure server environment.  Bambolotta uses secure servers to protect your personal information, including your name, address, and credit card information.
