• Summer is so close I can smell it!

  I love this time of year.  

  The weather is starting to warm up... mother nature is teasing us with a few warm sunny days!

  The days are warm enough to make us think about swimming at the beaching, having barbecues and spending loads of time playing outside in the glorious sunshine that we have missed all winter!!!

  So when you are looking for ways to keep the kids busy outdoors - check out one of these...

  These beautiful swings are suitable for ages 6 months to 6 years (up to approx 40kgs). They are beautifully timeless and natural design, they are made from weather proof materials, natural durable timber, rot proof canvas and stainless steel fittings.  It has a neat little seat belt/safety belt to keep the little ones safe. • zen boards

  On days like these, when winter is knock knock knocking on the door, the kids are climbing the walls and you are sick of hearing the tv making noise in the background.... there is always a zen board to save you! 

  The Zen board is made from plantation bamboo and the roller is made from  a lightweight recyclable type of plastic.  It is a balance board that is designed to teach balance and control.... perfect for building awareness and developing the skills required for balance based sports like surfing, skateboarding or snowboarding.  The zen board is recommend for children over the age of 5 (although I know quite a few 3 year olds who have mastered the skill) and holds a maximum weight of 90 kgs.  So fun for the entire family really!!!!

  As well as being loads of fun it encourages good posture and a strengthening of core muscle groups.  It gets the kids up off the sofa, out of your hair and actively playing and competing with each other indoors.
